We want you to arrive prepared to enjoy your stay from the first moment. Here you will find answers to the most frequently asked questions about the accommodation, location and experience in Sapantiana.

Sapantiana is the first glamping located within the city of Cusco, composed of five bungalows located in the traditional neighborhood of San Cristóbal, in the historic center of the city. A space where nature, history and comfort coexist in harmony, next to the historic Wak’a and the Sapantiana Aqueduct.

Your stay includes breakfast, prepared every morning so you can start the day calmly before heading out to discover Cusco.

Sapantiana is located in a traditional area of Cusco, where the streets can have slopes and steps. If you arrive by taxi, you can access it by Pumacurco Street, a slope that the taxi can climb until you reach the access to the accommodation. If you arrive walking from Sapantiana Park, you will find a stretch of steps until you reach our access.

Yes. The address to get there by taxi is Calle Pumacurco N° 636, San Cristóbal neighborhood. The taxi can go up the entire slope of Pumacurco and drop you off directly in front of the condominium entrance, where we will be waiting to greet you.

Yes. Due to our location in the traditional neighborhood of San Cristóbal, you will find some slopes and steps to get to the accommodation. If you are traveling with luggage, we recommend arriving by taxi through Pumacurco, as this can drop you off directly in front of the condominium entrance. Our team will be there to greet you and help you with your bags.

Cusco is located at approximately 3,400 meters (11,155 feet) above sea level. Reduced oxygen availability at this altitude can lead to altitude sickness or soroche, especially during the first hours or days of your arrival. Some people may experience headache, dizziness, or tiredness.

You don’t have to worry: we will be there to welcome you and help you adapt. We will share some tips to cope with the altitude and, of course, we will welcome you with a hot mate and a space prepared so that you can rest and acclimatize with peace of mind.

During your stay you will be able to enjoy the facilities of Sapantiana and the different experiences we offer. In addition, our location allows you to explore Cusco easily on foot and use transportation from the city center to discover other destinations in the region, from the Sacred Valley to Machu Picchu.

Yes! If you arrive before the check-in time, we can store your luggage so you can start enjoying Cusco without having to carry your bags.
